Dimension Peanut: The Cosmic Traveling of Grief
A Film Written by Joni Michelle Grommesh
Dimension Peanut: The Cosmic Traveling of Grief is a surrealistic hyper-fantasy surrounding the themes of alcoholism/addiction, lost love, and grief. The story follows a girl, named Peanut, who has been estranged from three of her best friends, Brisco, Forest, and Scott, after an incident that took place 5 years prior to the beginning of the film. Alongside her best friend/love, Walnut, they reunite with the trio one day at the grocery store, right in the alcohol aisle. The reunion sends Peanut down a whirlwind of self-exploration and a battle against her past self and the consequences of her actions in the present time. This film is dedicated to all the children of AA, NA, Alanon, Loss, Love, Grief, and Life.
